Philosophy / About Bell Law Office, LLC:

Efficient, Experienced, Effective…
To be a successful lawyer, you must be competitive. Unlike many other professions, a lawyer seeks a good result for his client usually in the face of one or more adversaries who are actively strategizing and working against that effort. You want a lawyer with a strong desire to win and obtain justice – not just a strong desire to collect a fee from you. Mr. Bell has these qualities, as proven by graduating #1 in his law school class of 165 students, and in his track record of winning results while litigating matters in state and federal courts up through jury trial and appeal, if necessary.

While Mr. Bell is a zealous advocate for his clients in court, he also believes it is essential during consultation to provide clients with an honest and realistic assessment of their legal matter. During your consultations with a lawyer, you should expect to have a true counselor – one who can advise you of your odds of success and lay out your options – and not just a cheerleader.

Your lawyer should be attentive and responsive to your questions. In that regard, Mr. Bell is available to his clients nearly 24/7 by e-mail and cell phone. If he is unable to get back with you immediately because he is in court or otherwise, then he will respond to you promptly as soon as he can. Mr. Bell does not subscribe to the notion of strictly guarding his “personal time” – he understands that legal matters are often stressful to clients and they don’t always come up at the most convenient times.

Every single matter handled by the firm is staffed by Mr. Bell personally – not by an overpriced “associate” who may be fresh out of law school or who might not have ever been in a courtroom. If you hire Bell Law Office, LLC – Mr. Bell will work hand in hand with you on your matter from start to finish.
